Ashnoor Kaur (born 3 May 2004) is an Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi television. She made her acting debut in 2009 with Jhansi Ki Rani and is widely known for her performances in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, Patiala Babes, and Suman Indori.

She is the recipient of an Indian Telly Award and has received two nominations for the Indian Television Academy Awards. In 2025, she participated as a contestant on Colors TV’s reality show Bigg Boss 19.

Early and Personal Life

Ashnoor Kaur was born on 3 May 2004 to Gurmeet Singh and Avneet Kaur. She completed her schooling in Mumbai, securing 93% in her Class 10 CBSE examinations and 94% in Class 12.

In 2025, she completed her BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media) degree from Jai Hind College, and credited her academic years for helping shape her identity beyond acting.

In early 2025, she underwent LASIK eye surgery.

Career

Early Career (2009–2013)

Kaur began acting at the age of five, playing Prachi in Jhansi Ki Rani (2009). She appeared as Panna in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya (2010), and gained wider recognition as Navika Vyas Bhatnagar in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha.

Kaur gained critical and commercial acclaim for her role as Mini Babita/Khurana in Sony TV’s Patiala Babes. She took a short break from acting after the show concluded.

Suman Indori (2024–2025)

From 2024 to April 2025, she played Suman Sharma in Colors TV’s Suman Indori, opposite Zain Imam. Kaur stated that parting with the character was “heart-wrenching” after more than a year of portrayal.

Bigg Boss 19 (2025)

She participated in Bigg Boss 19 in August 2025 and finished in eighth place after her eviction in November 2025.
